Stephen Kingshott Building Consultancy Ltd

Stephen Kingshott Building Consultancy Ltd is a family based architectural services firm with offices in Chippenham, Wiltshire and Poole, Dorset.

Initially set up by Stephen Kingshott in 1989 the company provides architectural services to homeowners, small housing developers, shops, offices and light industrial developments.

The aim is to provide an affordable, professional and reliable service regardless whether the project is a garage or loft conversion or a small housing estate planning application.

Prior to setting up Stephen Kingshott Building Consultancy Ltd, Stephen has gained over 30 years experience in the building and construction industry.  

His initial qualification, an OND in building construction was gained at Poole college and that was followed by a period working for Poole Borough Council as a building inspector.  In addition, Stephen gained his HNC in building studies and went on to sit IAAS professional exams at Bournemouth College.

Stephen moved to North Wiltshire district Council in 1984 where he took up a post as a building surveyor/inspector until starting Stephen Kingshott Building Consultancy in 1989, which became limited in 2013.
